Defense Minister Peter MacKay has announced that a dozen Canadian military personnel are taking part in this month's multinational Africa Endeavor drills, reports the Canadian Dept. of National Defense.
The annual exercise, being held in Douala, Cameroon, is a communications drill designed to improve interoperability and information-sharing among African militaries.
Around 32 nations are expected to take part in the exercise, which runs from June 18 to June 27.
