MSDF Won't Send Ships To ASEAN Drills In S. Korea

Japan says it will not send a warship to a multinational maritime exercise in the waters off South Korea in the spring, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul). 

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), along with South Korea and other partners, plans to hold a four-day exercise starting on April 29 near Busan in southeastern South Korea.
