Militants in southern Thailand detonated a motorcycle bomb Monday in a crowded market in Yala province near the Thai border with Malaysia, Reuters reports.
At least 28 people were wounded in the blast, including one soldier, said Thai security officials.
According to police, the device was hidden in a motorcycle, which was parked in front of the market, reported the Bangkok Post.
