A pair of Russian missile cruisers just completed exercises in the South China Sea, RIA Novosti reports.
The heavy nuclear-powered missile cruiser Petr Velikiy (Admiral Ushakov class) and the guided-missile cruiser Moskva were involved in the drills.
The exercises included conjunctive navigation, maneuvering by flagship signal, joint use of weapons, air defense exercises and towing a damaged ship, said a naval spokesman.
