Moscow, Kabul Reach Counter-Drug Agreement

Meeting in Moscow, officials from the Russian and Afghan drug-control services have signed an accord to strengthen their cooperation, reports Interfax-AVN.
The agreement calls for intelligence exchanges on drug-trafficking, sharing of drugs used to identify laboratories and joint counter-drug operations, said Viktor Ivanov, the head of the Russian Federal Drug Control Service.
