Moscow To Help Finish Missile Cruiser's Construction

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych says Russia has agreed to help Ukraine finish building a Slava-class missile cruiser that was started in 1984, RIA Novosti reports.
Construction of the Admiral Lobov, now called the Ukraina, at Ukraine's Nikolayev shipyard stalled during the final stage in the late 1980s due to financial issues.
