Moscow Demands Observers At Czech Radar Site

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow will continue to oppose the U.S. missile shield in Europe unless Russia is given permanent access to the U.S. anti-missile radar being built in the Czech Republic, Agence France-Presse reports.
