Officials from Russia and Norway have agreed to improve military relations and carry out joint exercises in the Arctic, reports Defense News.
During a visit last week to Oslo, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov met with Norwegian Defense Minister Espen Barth Eide and State Secretary for Defense Roger Ingebrigtsen.
