More U.S. Special Operations Teams Aim For Taliban Leaders

The Pentagon has more than doubled the number of elite special operations teams in Afghanistan assigned to hunt down Taliban leaders, the Los Angeles Times reports, citing senior U.S. officials.
The move is said to reflect the view of the Obama administration that the U.S. is running out of time to degrade the Taliban leadership.
