Bullet-riddled corpses of 15 suspected Taliban insurgents were found Thursday in Pakistan's Swat Valley, the Dawn (Pakistan) reports.
An army spokesman suggested the militants were victims of infighting or revenge by locals.
Suspicions have been raised about the army's involvement in extra-judicial killings.
Since July, the bodies of more than 250 suspected militants have been discovered in Swat, said Pakistani officials.
