More Global Hawk Commonality Sought For Air Force, Navy

Northrop Grumman is developing a plan to increase common features between the Air Force and Navy versions of the RQ-4 Global Hawk unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), reports Flight International.

In 2008, the Navy selected a modified Global Hawk for its $9 billion Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (BAMS) program.
