About 2,000 Russian ground troops are in the midst of a live-fire field exercise in the Primorye territory in Russia's Far East, reports Interfax-AVN.
Also involved are more than 600 pieces of equipment, including infantry combat vehicles, tanks, mortars, tube and rocket artillery, according to the Eastern Military District.
