More Than 42,000 Separatists, Russian Troops Said To Be Operating In East

Ukraine's Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak says that there are 42,500 seperatist rebels and Russian soldiers stationed in the eastern part of the country, reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
Those forces have 558 tanks, combat vehicles, artillery systems and other weapons, Poltorak told the Ukraine-NATO Interparliamentary Council in Kiev on Monday.
