At least 319 people have been killed and 15,000 injured since the start of anti-government protests in Iraq in October, reports CNN. 

Four protesters were killed on Saturday after security forces moved to disperse tent cities in the al Khalani commercial area of Baghdad, said the Iraqi Parliamentary Human Rights Committee.
