Chinese military technology has advanced dramatically, in some cases surpassing all adversaries, according to a new report by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) cited by Agence France-Presse. 

Rapid development has led to Beijing's growing confidence in its abilities, according to "China Military Power: Modernizing a Force to Fight and Win," which was released on Tuesday.
