Modernization Complete In Moscow Military District, Says Commander

The military commander of the Moscow Military District says that all obsolete Russian weapons and equipment in the district have been replaced, RIA Novosti reports.
All bases in the district now use only modern military equipment, Col. Gen. Valery Gerasimov said in a radio interview.
The commander pointed to T-90 tanks, BMP-3 armored personnel carriers and advanced artillery systems, for example, in the inventory.
