MoD Plans Weapons Cuts

The U.K. Ministry of Defense is expected to announce delays and budget reductions to a number of British weapons programs this week, Defense News reports.
Programs that are to be affected reportedly include the $5.7 billion carrier program, which will be delayed, and the Future Rapid Effects System (FRES) armored vehicle program, which will be rescheduled, said government officials.
