Missile Defense Agency Chief Opposes Transfer Of THAAD To Army 

The new head of the U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has expressed strong opposition to Senate plans to transfer control over the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system to the Army, reports Defense News.
