European Union ministers have for the third time failed to agree to launch accession negotiations with Albania and North Macedonia, reports Politico Europe.
On Tuesday, the Council of the E.U. failed to reach unanimity on whether to start membership talks with the Balkan countries.
A majority of member states support the process, said Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn, as quoted by Agence France-Presse.
