Minibus Explodes In Southeast

A minibus exploded early Thursday between villages in southeastern Turkey, CNN reports.
Nine people were killed and four others were wounded by the explosion, said the governor of Hakkari province.
According to NTV television, the bus hit a land mine, while the Dogan news agency indicated the explosion took place in the vehicle.
Suspicions fell on the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which is active in the province.
