A suicide attacker targeted a military convoy in northwest Pakistan on Thursday, killing five people and wounding at least 40 others, CNN reports.
The convoy was near a bus terminal in Mingora in the Swat Valley region at the time of the blast, said security officials.
Two of those wounded were security personnel. Most were said to be tourists.
The last militant attack in Swat took place in March, and the government has been trying to revive the tourist industry.
