Mine-Resistant Vehicle Deal Said To Be In The Works

Oshkosh officials say the United Arab Emirates is among several foreign customers looking to buy the Wisconsin company's Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected All-Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV), Defense News reports.
The M-ATV was developed by Oshkosh to meet an urgent need for a lightweight mine-resistant vehicle in Afghanistan. There are currently 8,108 vehicles on contract for the U.S. military.
