With Milley Heading to JCS, Abrams Takes Over Army Forces Command

U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) has a new commander, reports the Fayetteville Observer.

On Monday, Gen. Mark Milley was succeeded by Gen. Robert Abrams as the commanding general of FORSCOM, based at Fort Bragg, N.C.

Milley was confirmed last week by the U.S. Senate to become the next chief of staff of the Army, replacing outgoing Gen. Raymond Odierno.
