South and North Korea will hold military talks Thursday in the border village of Panmunjom for the first time in two years, the New York Times reports.
While a South Korean defense official declined to discuss the agenda of the talks, Seoul is expected to raise the March sinking of a South Korean warship.
North Korea proposed then postponed military talks earlier this month. Those talks were expected to discuss preventing naval clashes along the disputed western sea border. ...
