Military Surveillance Level Lowered To Normal Status

The South Korean military has lowered its surveillance alert level against North Korea, reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.
The military in the South had raised that status to the second-highest level after North Korea’s Nov. 23 shelling of one of the islands in South Korea, noted Bloomberg News.
The South Korean-U.S. Combined Forces Command also lowered its WatchCon surveillance alert. Lowering the WatchCon by one level brought it to a normal status
