The Chadian military says it has conducted retaliatory airstrikes against Boko Haram in Nigeria, reports the Voice of America News.
The strikes on Thursday targeted six militant camps and caused "considerable human and material losses," said the military.
Boko Haram's attacks on Monday killed at least 33 people and injured at least 100 in the capital of N'Djamena.
