The Israeli military has halted freight shipments into the Gaza Strip through the Kerem Shalom crossing following a barrage attacks, reports Arutz Sheva (Israel).
The order to close the crossing was announced Monday by Southern District Commander Maj. Gen. Tal Russo after more than 150 missiles and mortars were fired over the previous week at rural and urban areas in southern Israel.
Fuel and other goods generally transit the crossing into Gaza.
