Military Plans To Transfer Internal Security Job In 2013

The Philippine armed forces have been getting ready to transfer internal security operations to the national police in 2013, reports the Manila Standard Today.

The transfer will allow police and local security forces to focus on the communist insurgency, while the military concentrates on external defense, said a military spokesman.
