British military personnel have been training foreign governments how to prevent attacks on civilian aircraft by terrorists with man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS), reports London's Daily Telegraph.
Thousands of hand-held surface-to-air missiles were taken by militiamen in Libya during the conflict in 2011.
