U.K. military police are investigating allegations that British troops mistreated civilians in Afghanistan during the war, reports UPI.
More than 100 Afghans have accused British forces of abuse over an eight-year period during British operations in Afghanistan, reported the BBC.
On Sunday, the Royal Military Police, with help from the National Crime Agency and the Greater Manchester Police, began an investigation into the claims.
