President Dmitry Medvedev has reshuffled Russia's military leadership and made several dismissals, reports Interfax-AVN.
Maj. Gen. Ivan Buvaltsev was appointed the chief assistant to the General Staff for troops control. He previously served as the chief of the headquarters and first deputy commander of the Leningrad Military District.
