The Namibian Ministry of Defense has praised the improvement of military infrastructure following the establishment of a directorate for construction and maintenance, reports the New Era (Windhoek).
The directorate was set up to rectify the problems of congestion on military bases and to upgrade mess facilities, Defense Minister Charles Namoloh told the National Assembly last week.
