The Israeli air force and medical corps hope to carve out funding for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) able to evacuate wounded soldiers, reports the Jerusalem Post.
The UAV in question is the AirMule. Built by Israeli firm Urban Aeronautics, the UAV is a single-engine aircraft with vertical-takeoff-and-landing capabilities.
