The Ukrainian arms export agency, Ukrspetsexport, says it will deliver 12 tanks to the republic of Georgia this month, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
Georgia has already paid US$5.5 million for the T-84 Oplot tanks, according to Ukrainian lawmakers.
Kiev also plans to deliver to Georgia 10 T-72 tanks, three BTR-80 infantry vehicles, 25 Igla-I surface-to-air missile systems, 40 Strela air defense systems, RPG-7 rocket-propelled grenades and 125-mm Combat guided anti-tank...
