Military Court Convicts Soldier Of Manslaughter In Death Of Wounded Palestinian Attacker

A military court on Wednesday convicted an Israeli soldier for shooting a wounded and disarmed Palestinian attacker, reports the New York Times.

The case, which has divided the nation, dates to March 2016, when two Palestinian attackers stabbed and wounded an Israeli soldier in Hebron in the West Bank. One assailant was killed and the other was wounded.
