The Canadian military continues to send a counter-intelligence team to the Arctic during the annual Operation Nanook sovereignty exercise in the region, according to documents cited by the Canadian Press.
The goal of the team is to defend against potential espionage, terrorism and sabotage during the drills, according to the internal documents.
