Israel and Russia have signed their first military cooperation agreement, reports the Jerusalem Post.
The pact calls for increases in joint efforts against terrorism and proliferation of nuclear weapons. It could also lead to the purchase of Israeli equipment by the Russian military.
Russia has expressed particular interest in Israeli unmanned aerial vehicles, having bought 12 such Israeli drones in 2009.
