Military Cooperation Agreement Signed With Vietnam

The defense ministers of Russia and Vietnam have signed an agreement on military cooperation, reports Russia’s Tass news agency.
On Wednesday, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu and his Vietnamese counterpart, Gen. Phan Van Gian, signed the agreement following bilateral talks in Moscow, reported the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The pact covers bilateral military-technical cooperation. An interagency memorandum on cooperation in the field of military history was also signed.
