Military Confirms Acquisition Of Mi-24 In Video

The Egyptian military has confirmed that it is operating Russian-built Mi-24 Hind attack helicopters, reports Defence Web (South Africa).
In a video released by the defense ministry on Monday, two Mi-24s are shown flying alongside Egyptian Sea King helicopters during the Qadir 2020 exercise.
Analysts believed that the military had acquired at least one squadron of Mi-24 in 2017 after satellite photos showed what appeared to be several Mi-24s near Alexandria.
