Military Budget 'Adjustments' Not Over Yet

The Canadian Dept. of National Defense has been ordered to find another Can$233 million (US$227 million) in budget savings before the end of March, reports the Ottawa Citizen.

The army, navy and air force are already looking for Can$190 million (US$185 million) that will be shifted to priority projects.

While the department insists the proposed moves are "adjustments" and not cuts, soldiers in reserve units have reported that their budgets have been trimmed and some training...
