A human-rights group says the Rwandan military has been supporting rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo, reports BBC News.
Former rebels have indicated that some officials in the Rwandan government have provided hundreds of fighters, weapons and ammunition and offered a safe haven to renegade leader Bosco Ntaganda, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court, according to a study from Human Rights Watch released on Monday.
