Militants Targeted By Drone In N. Waziristan

An apparent U.S. drone attacked a militant stronghold in the Pakistani tribal agency of North Waziristan near the border with Afghanistan, Agence France-Presse reports.
Two missiles were fired at a suspected militant compound in Dandey Darpa Khel, according to Pakistani security officials.
The pre-dawn strike killed at least four militants and wounded six others, officials said. The hideout was thought to be used by the Haqqani militant network.
