About 50 insurgents have killed at least four Thai troops in an attack on a military camp in southern Thailand's Narathiwat province, Al Jazeera (Qatar) reports.
Seven troops were also wounded in the firefight late Wednesday, an army spokesman said.
The rebels fled with more than 50 rifles and about 5,000 rounds of ammunition, said army officials.
