Militants Nabbed Near Somali Border Before They Could Use Their Bombs, Say Police

Police in Kenya say they are holding six suspected Al-Shabaab militants who were plotting a domestic attack, reports the Star (Kenya).

The suspects were arrested Friday in an operation in Bulla Hawa in the northeastern town of Mandera, close to Somalia's border, as they attempted to enter Kenya with explosives and firearms, said police.
