Afghan officials say they have foiled what would have been a major attack in Kabul and seized 11 tons of explosives, reports CBS News.
Five militants were arrested in connection with the plot, Afghan intelligence officials said on Saturday. Three were said to be from the Pakistan Taliban (TTP); two collaborators were based in Afghanistan.
