At least one person has been killed and six injured in an attack on oil workers in Mozambique, reports Reuters.
On Thursday, more than a dozen gunmen stopped a convoy operated by U.S. gas firm Anadarko as it traveled between Mocimboa da Praia and Afungi bay, the heart of Mozambique's gas industry, reported Agence France-Presse.
The gunmen opened fire, wounding six employees. None of the injuries were life-threatening, said medical sources.
