Rockwell Collins has completed a critical design review of a new military tactical network, reports the Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based company.

The Tactical Targeting Network Technology (TTNT) is a high-speed Internet Protocol-based network designed to deliver simultaneous voice, data and video services to airborne tactical units.
