Milestone Reached For Raytheon's Naval SAM Missile

Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., has announced the completion of the fourth of four planned controlled test vehicle flights of its Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Block 2.
The RAM is a lightweight, infrared homing surface-to-air missile for naval use.
The last trial focused on the missile's rocket motor, airframe, control section and autopilot software and demonstrated its upgraded kinematic performance and stable airframe control capability, said company officials. ...
