In Milestone, Joint Strike Missile Passes Test At Utah Range

A missile designed for the F-35 Lightning II has been successfully test-launched, reports UPI.
A Joint Strike Missile was launched early this month from a F-16 based at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., over the Utah Test and Training Range, according to a release from Norway's Kongsberg Defence Systems on Nov. 10.
The missile, launched at 22,000 ft, performed a number of flight maneuvers, demonstrating its flight control software, said the statement.
