A militant group in Nigeria's Delta region says one of its commanders carried out an unauthorized attack against a pipeline earlier this week, reports Reuters, citing local media.
On Wednesday, there was an explosion at the Trans-Forcados Crude Export pipeline in the Batan area, a day after regional community leaders met with the central government.
